PRIORITIES

2023-2027

The Redtails Pinktails Right Tracks Program is built by locals, for locals. This means we understand the unique challenges faced by our remote communities and design our programs to meet those needs. Our key priorities for 2023–2027 are outlined in the five focus areas below.

01

Deliver Relevant Health Education

Wellbeing, leadership, and health education sessions.

Focus on smoking, drugs, alcohol misuse, mental health, and family violence.

Integrating sessions into regular club trainings.

02

Embrace the Passion, Develop to Lead

Using sport as a connection tool with schools, correctional centres, and workplaces.

Reinforcing healthy living, leadership, and resilience through elite sporting pathways.

03

Support Local Clubs to Thrive

Providing vital resources, equipment, and coaching development.

Enhancing team culture on and off the field.

04

A homegrown Academy supporting junior and senior players.

Mentoring players to maintain school and employment commitments.

05
