More Than a Game
Strong Culture. Strong Futures.
The Redtails Pinktails Right Tracks Program is more than just football. It is a powerful, community-led movement that uses sport, mentoring and cultural strength to change lives.
Founded in Central Australia, the program was born out of heartbreak and driven by a deep belief that young people deserve pathways to thrive, not just survive. From the red dirt of Alice Springs to stadiums across the Territory, we empower young men and women to walk strong on and off the field.

Our Story
From one coach’s mission to a movement that’s changing lives.
The Redtails concept began with Rob Clarke’s deep desire to be part of the solution. As a long-time junior footy coach and community leader in Alice Springs, Rob saw that his community was at a crisis point. He recognised the need for a unifying and positive incentive that could help shift attitudes and behaviours. It needed to be something big enough to spark real change.
What We Do
We use football, strong mentorship and community collaboration to drive real change.
→ Redtails
A representative football team for young Aboriginal men from Central Australia and the Barkly, selected based on behaviour, attitude and effort, not just talent.
→ Pinktails
A safe and inspiring space for young Aboriginal women to grow in confidence, develop leadership skills and connect with culture through sport.
→ Right Tracks
Working in schools, correctional centres and communities across the region to support young people with positive choices, goal setting and long-term support.
